The reflection of equals part 7 (Final)

Amy: Sonic, where are you bringing me too?

Sonic: Somewhere.

Amy’s mind: He isn’t going to bring me to a lonely place isn’t he? Oh no please no… not him. He wouldn’t do this to me.

I started to panic in my head because my head started to think all kind of stuff that I never want a guy to do to anyone… you know what I’m saying. Oh Sonic please! Don’t do this me. Not this way don’t force me into this. The night that I dreamt for so long should have been so beautiful but would end in a nightmare.

Suddenly he looked at me strangely as if I had seen a ghost.

Sonic: Something wrong Amy?

Amy: Are you … going to………hurt me?

Sonic: Say what? No of course not!

Amy: Than why are you driving so far away from the city?

Sonic: Euh… I didn’t wanted to spoil it yet but I guess I have to reassure you. I’m taking you to the palace of dancing.

Amy: You mean to the Jacks?



The Jacks is a dancing with harcore music. I'm not such a fan of it

Sonic: Nope. Amy you really missed something years ago.

Amy: Sonic what is it?

Suddenly Sonic started to turn his car to the left as he went on a parking. I see a building with flashing lights and huge letter displaying a name: ‘Port Fantasy Dancing’. I’ve never seen this building before, but then again I’ve never went further than the city and my work. I could see others going in there with their partners as well. This is a new dancing! I couldn't wait to go inside.

Sonic: Amy, this club has been build when you were with … you know who. Normally I dance with some random girl, yet I’ve always wanted to dance with you. *looking at her warmly*

Amy: You mean that Sonic? *smiles while holding her tears*

Sonic: Yes Amy.

Amy: Oh Sonic … this night is one I’ve always dreamt off.

Sonic: Now it’s reality Amy. Common let’s get inside.

Amy: *nods*

Sonic took my hand and we got to the door where a bouncer stood. He looked at us and gave a small nod and opened a rope. Sonic opened the door and the music directly got to my ears. Lots of people were talking with each other (almost shouting because of the loud music) while I’ve noticed also some are drinking as they try to get drunk as fast as they could. We went somewhere at the side. In the middle was the dance floor where already people dancing on with their partners. Sonic will take me for a dance too I’m sure of it. As the current song got to an end everybody stopped dancing as they looked at the DJ.

Dj: Peeps in the house are you ready to dance the living s*** out of you?

People: Yeaaaaaahhhhh *shouting*

Dj: Raise your hands if you want to dance!

Most people stuck up their hand as they screamed however Sonic and I didn’t .

Dj: Did you guy’s chopped off your second-hand? Show me those hands!!!!! *shouting*

Everybody except us put up their hands and still screamed as crazy. Well this is a good way to start the next song I guess.

Dj: Alright! Here we gooooooooo!!!!!!!!

The dj played a freestyle song and everybody started to shake their bodies in every direction. The beat pounded on my body. I could feel my body already to start moving on it. Sonic noticed this and took me to the dance floor. We both started to dance in our own style. Sonic almost break-danced to it.

3 minutes passed as sweat dripped from my head just as it did to Sonic but the song ended. We both smiled at each other. God… I feel so alive with him. He’s everything I want a boy to be. He has the looks, he has the attitude (except his cocky one) I adore. Sonic is just everything to me.

A new song started and Sonic took my hand. We danced the first time together! Sonic pulling and pushing me into curtain directions and me showing the results of his actions. People started to look at us as we’re stars. Cheering at us none stop while we continued. I had no idea where Sonic got that energy from but I didn’t mind it at all! Again dancing 3 minutes shaking our bodies and perform lifts. Once this song ended as well we both breathed heavy while looking at each other. I was in his arms while he kept me from falling. I couldn’t help but to look lovely at Sonic as he smiled at me too.

Sonic: Well that was fun.

Amy: it sure was.

Dj: Did you see that folk?! That’s what I’m talking about!

The Dj started another number and everybody started to dance again. However me and Sonic got off the dance floor because both our throats got dry.

Amy: I’m thirsty

Sonic: Me too. Let’s get to the bar.

Amy: Right.

After walking through the crowed we got over to the bartender. He was busy with serving beers for a gray elephant. The elephant paid him and got with 4 beers over to his friends. The bartender noticed Sonic calling for him as he got over.

Bartender: What would you like?

Sonic: what you want Amy?

Amy: A Fanta please

Sonic: Two Fanta’s please

Bartender: Right away.

He got to the frigde and took out two fanta’s. He opened our bottles and takes two glasses and put our drinks into it. Once finished he took our glasses and give it to Sonic.

Bartender: 15 rings please.

Sonic: Here you go *gives him 20 rings*

Bartender: *Takes his rings and gives 5 rings back* here’s the change.

Sonic: Thanks *takes the 5 rings and the fanta’s and gives one to Amy* Cheers Amy.

Amy: Same to you.

We both at least drank half of our glasses in one turn. Some refreshment does wonders

Amy: Sonic thank you for doing this to me.

Sonic: You’re welcome Amy.

*once the song ended* Dj: Okay peeps, we’ll taking it slow for now. So everyone that has a partner must join the dance floor. *starts a slow dance*

Sonic: So you want to dance with me again? *smiles*

Amy: Of course.

We finished our glasses and put left it at the bar. Sonic took my hand and we got back to the dance floor again. Once on it I put my hands around his neck while he puts his hands around my waist. We started to sway our bodies on the same spot. I couldn’t help but to warmly smile at him. His hands around me made me feel safe and sound, his smile told me inside he loved being with me even though he didn’t spoke a word. While the music kept going I let my face fall on his chest and with the love I had for him, it made me warm inside me.

Sonic: You love this don’t you?

Amy: I do. I never thought I could ever do this with you.

Sonic: Never give up on your dreams Amy. Maybe they come reality sooner or later.

Amy: I know.

*after a while * Sonic: Amy I need to tell you something… something important.

Amy: *looks at him* what is it Sonic?

Sonic: Amy … you’re beautiful, you’re gorgeous, you’re everything a boy can only wish for.

Amy: Thank you Sonic. It means much coming from you.

Sonic: But that’s not everything.

Amy: Huh?

Could it be? Would he say the few words I’ve always want him to say?

Sonic: Amy … I…I..I……….. *hesitating*

Amy: You what Sonic?

Sonic: *sigh* Amy … I love…you

He said it! He finally said it!!!!!!!! He loves me as I always thought he would!

Amy: Oh Sonic! *tears in her eyes of happiness*. I love you too! I always had.

Sonic leaned in and I did the same. Once our lips engaged together and we kissed each other deeply. It was if we stood on a cloud with nobody next to us. Only us in love with each other. Nothing could separate us on that moment. After when the song ended 1 minute later we broke our official couple kiss. For years I’ve dreamed of this moment and finally it’s reality! I snuggled into his warm chest that made me feel so much safer now that I know he loves me.

Amy: Sonikku.....*muzzling his chest*

2 hours later in the night I became exhausted. I started to yawn once in a while. Sonic noticed it.

Sonic: Tired Amy?

Amy: Yes…

Sonic: Okay. We should go home.

Amy: Sure.

Sonic had to keep me up my feet because I could sleep any moment. He took me to his car and helped me get inside. Once he entered on his seat he got on the road and started to drive home. I couldn’t keep my eyes open while he drives so I slept in my seat.

When daylight stuck on my face I was in a bed. How the hell I got here is a riddle because I can’t remember. I didn’t wore my dress but a bathrobe that’s too big for me. I looked around the room and see a guitar with some trophies. But besides from that there wasn’t really much in it expect also from a closet and a wardrobe. I stretched myself out before getting out of bed. I looked for my dress but I couldn’t find it. When I stepped through the door of the chamber I got into a hall that’s defiantly isn’t Vanilla’s. I heard a voice coming from below. The voice belonged to Sonic

Sonic: Yes she’s with me, don’t need to worry. She’s safe

………..

Sonic: Okay sure, bye Vanilla.

When I got downstairs I met Sonic in his hall standing next to his hanging phone. He wore a blue t-shirt with green zone hill written on in green and sports trouser. He greeted me with a smile.

Sonic: Good morning Amy.

Amy: Morning Sonic. Did you took me here?

Sonic: Yes I did. You fell asleep when I was driving. Because it was late in the night I decided to take you to my home. I didn’t wanted to wake up Vanilla. So when I arrived here I carried you to my chamber and took off your dress, placed it in my closet and put on my bathrobe. I didn’t took off anything I shouldn’t Amy. When you wore my bathrobe I put you under my sheets and joined you in bed. Don’t worry I didn’t do anything except keeping you close to me.

Amy: You really care for me to do all that *smiles*.

Sonic: I always cared for you Amy.

I hugged him I couldn’t help it. He’s everything I want and more. He does things the right way. And that’s why I love him so much.

Sonic: You want to get breakfast?

Amy: Sure thing.

We both got to his kitchen and he started to dress the table while I took out some bread and other things to eat (he told me where they lied). Once done I sat on a chair right over him and started to eat.

Amy: Yesterday was so wonderful.

Sonic: It sure did.

Amy: Sonic did you really mean it when you told me you loved me.

He put his hand on mine.

Sonic: Never been sure in my entire life.

Amy: *smiles* I’m so glad Sonic.

Sonic: I know Amy, you don’t have to tell me. *winks an eye*

Amy: *giggles*

After talking about last night for a bit longer we finished our breakfast. I got up and helped Sonic to clean his table. Once done I got upstairs to his room and got over to his closet. I opened it and looked for my dress. When I found it I put off his bathrobe and got dressed in my dress again. After that I went to Sonic again.

Sonic: I see you got your dress back.

Amy: Yeah. It’s maybe best I go back to Vanilla.

Sonic: Sure thing.

Sonic drove me to Vanilla and when arrived I kissed him farewell, he kissed back. When I got to the front door I waved at Sonic and he drives away. I ringed the doorbell and Vanilla opened the door 5 minutes later. She smiled when she saw me. Cream hugged me and I hugged back.

Cream: Amy you’re back!

Amy: Yes Cream.

Vanilla: So how was your date with Sonic Amy?

Amy: A dream coming true *blushing and closing her eyes smiling*

Cream: Amy are you saying that?

Amy: Yes … he admitted Cream. He told me the words I waited for my entire life.

Cream: Congrats Amy! You and Sonic are finally a couple!

Amy: Indeed.

We talked further about yesterday night. I told them everything I remembered. Vanilla confirmed that Sonic indeed called her to her to say that I was with him this morning. Finally I get back my life!

6 months later

Sonic and I were in the park walking hand in hand smiling at each other. It feels as we’ve dated for  3 years! I’m always smiling when I’m with him. We took a seat on the bench.

Sonic: Amy, I’ve been wondering something.

Amy: Yes Sonic?

Sonic: Well we’ve been together for 6 months now, and euhm …..

Amy: Come on just tell me my love.

Sonic: I wondered if you wanted to move in with me. I would really appreciate it.

Amy: Oh Sonic! I thought you’d never would ask. Yes I’ll move in with you.

Sonic: Thank you sweetheart.

Amy: You’re welcome my darling.

We French kissed each other. I loved to do that with him. After 5 minutes we broke because we needed air. But we still hugged each other.

It didn’t took long before I gathered my things and moved out of Vanilla’s. I thanked her for taking care of me through everything. She hugged me and said that it was absolutely no problem. That’s why I love Vanilla, I’ve told it before and I’ll say it again: She’s as a mother to me.

After I moved in with Sonic my life became excellent. Sonic cared for me and let me still go out with Cream. However we never married together. We stayed boyfriend and girlfriend because he didn’t wanted to marry but to be honest: I didn’t cared for that because a married life isn’t always a happy life. But I could convince him to have children with me which made me satisfied. We didn’t knew when we would have one but he promised he would. One thing I know is true: Sonic is everything Shadow will never be.
